Bru, India’s largest selling coffee brand, from the house of Hindustan Lever Limited, has launched for the first time in India - Ice Cappuccino in a convenient, ready to serve premix format. It is a foaming coffee premix that dissolves instantly and is available in two delicious flavours - Mochaberg and Irish Crème.
The single serve sachets include coffee, milk and sugar in a pre mixed powder, sufficient to make one refreshing cup of delicious ice cappuccino. The creamy & frothy cappuccino can be prepared in seconds by adding 170 ml (a cup) of chilled water.
The word ‘Cappuccino’ is derived from Italian for cap. The frothy cream covers the coffee in a sort of little cap which leads to the origin of the name. Bru Cappuccino – the hot variant was launched two years ago with three flavours is known for its smooth and creamy texture and rich & indulgent taste. The new offering is ideal for lovers of cold coffee. The launch of Ice cappuccino coincides with the creation of a virtual coffee shop – www.brucafe.com which is an online coffee lounge for friends to meet.

Bru Cappuccino is available at an introductory price of Rs 10/- for a single serve sachet. These can be bought per piece or as a pack of 10 priced at Rs 100/- and are available at all leading supermarkets and grocery outlets across the country.
