Adlabs Cinemas enters Ahmedabad with city's first cinema in a mall

Adlabs Cinemas, part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and India's leading entertainment conglomerate, makes its long-awaited entry into Ahmedabad with a five-screen 1110-seat cinema spread over 38000 square feet at Himalaya Mall on Drive In Road.

The new Adlabs property will have five screens, a food court, a convenient parking facility, the latest surround system sound and the widest screens in the city. As far as location is concerned too, Adlabs has an edge being the first multiplex to be launched in a mall and in close proximity to Gujarat University.

Cinema-goers can also look forward to Adlabsb unique customer service initiatives such as Baby Bliss and Silver Screen targeted at young parents and senior citizens respectively which will also be available at the Ahmedabad property.

Adlabs Cinemas presently has 74 screens spread over 20 properties nationwide. Adlabs recently required Rave Entertainmentbs cinemas business consisting of 23 screens in Delhi/NCR, UP, Punjab and Haryana, putting it well on its way to becoming the leader in the exhibition space by July 2007.
