Electrolux India launches front-loading washing machine

Electrolux India, the Indian subsidiary of AB Electrolux today announced launch of 'Aurum' - its new top of the line range of fully automatic front-loading washing machines. Electrolux has introduced the new, advanced, fully automatic, front-loading washing machines in 5 and 5.5 kg capacity. The company has also introduced EW757 Fully automatic Front loading washing machine in 5 kg capacity.

With the launch of new models Aurum 16, Aurum 24 in silver and chrome color combination as well as the EW 757 model at extremely attractive prices, Electrolux has not only widened its existing product portfolio but also taken a step forward to redefine the front-loaders washers market. With the launch of new models, Electrolux washing machines product portfolio now comprises of 10 fully automatic and 4 semi automatic washing machines priced in the range of Rs 7,690 to Rs 43,990/-.

According to Ajay Kapila, Vice President - Sales and Marketing, Electrolux India, "The new range of Electrolux Aurum Tumble wash range has been designed and manufactured at our Butibori plant to cater to the unique needs of the Indian market. Its thoughtful features give the Indian housewives the confidence and convenience to tackle their daily problems of hard water, hand washing of very delicate garments, water shortages, highly soiled clothes of school going children and even sterlizing clothes of infants and / or ailing patients!"

The washing machines that have been manufactured indigenously at the companys Butibori plant, not only combines the unmatched quality, technology and aesthetics but is also available at a competitive price of Rs 14,990/-.

Aurum offers the widest range of wash programs for different fabric types. The new range offers 600-1000 RPM spin speed to meet all the washing needs of different fabrics. Sufficiently large inner drum volume, pre-wash with Hot water facility to remove toughest of stains, Total Exchange system for effective rinsing, Active Magic Ball to optimize detergent consumption and ensure best wash results, Thermostop for energy saving and Tacho Generator that gives effective wash results even at fluctuating voltage conditions, makes the machine best suited for the Indian households and conditions.
