Gigabyte India, a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards today announced an enhancement of the warranty and RMA support infrastructure for its leading market leading motherboard and graphic card products in India. Accel Frontline, a Chennai based warranty services outsourcer with over 36 offices in 34 cities and 100 service locations in India, has been appointed to manage the Gigabyte support and service program on an end-to-end basis. Accel will look into the post sales support for the customers assisting them up to the chip repair competence.
The revamped Gigabyte support program is designed to offer free, simple, limited steps and prompt service for Gigabyte products bought through authorized resellers in India. Effective from April'08 Gigabyte tech-support and RMA service will now be available to customers through 22 Accel Frontline locations and the existing 16 D-link service locations. Keen to provide efficient product warranty and RMA service to its growing customer base in India, especially in B,C and D class cities in India, Gigabyte will stock adequate buffer quantities of its motherboard and VGA card products at major Accel Frontline and D-link warehouses across key market zones. As a result of all these initiatives, Gigabyte is now fully geared up to provide 48 hour service in all metros and 72 hours support in tier 2 and tier 3 locations across India.
