Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces introduces life-like high definition video-conferencing facility, in collaboration with Tata Communications Ltd. The following Luxury properties will be the first five across the group to feature Cisco TelePresence rooms – Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai; Taj West End, Bangalore; The Pierre, New York; Taj Boston and 51 Buckingham Gate, London. The service launched by Tata Communications worldwide will enable a broader eco-system of connected rooms for enterprises, their partners and customers.

Telepresence provides advanced, high definition conferencing facilities with superior audio, video and environmental qualities to provide a viable alternative to traditional face-to-face meetings. Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has constantly striven to pioneer new innovations in technology and services to its corporate travellers. The introduction of Telepresence across five Taj properties, will accelerate productivity, and improve long-distance collaboration and decision-making.
