Kent Grand Plus is a Computer Controlled Mineral RO Water Purifier & it incorporates a microprocessor controller that enhances the control and purification by Mineral RO process. A stylish looking water purifier loaded with enhanced features like never seen before.

Kent Grand Plus comes with a NEW attractive eye catching tapered body with water level indicator, Computer Controlled Filter Change Alarm, Enhanced Purification through additional Micronic Filter, Spin Welded Membrane, Advanced TDS controller Valve an overall package of solution for all drinking water problems. First ever kind of water purifier introducing computer controlled operation with Filter Change Alarm and UV Fail Alarm ensures purity during service period. A purifier system that not only kills bacteria and viruses but also removes dissolved impurities and maintains essential minerals on a long service life to provide healthy water.

On the occasion said Ms. Hema Malini “Dirty drinking water problem in India exists everywhere and has always been a big issue even in metro cities. The raw water supplied in households is sometimes almost grey in color wherein we definitely need improved technology to rectify the water contamination problem. Kent RO Systems newly launched product Kent Grand Plus would definitely prove the effectiveness of technology and added features used in it”

Looking towards the expansion and growth of the company Kent RO has observed a fast development in the purification industry when the competition is on raise between big brands. Although there are no independent data on the size of this growing water purification industry, estimate indicates that the size of water purification industry is in the range of Rs 1000 crore to Rs 2000 crore, Where Kent holds a market share for 30% in RO purifier segment. Kent is embarking on a drive to double its capacity to 3,00,000 units annually the company have an existing capacity of 1, 50, 000 units per year, the company is setting up a new unit at Roorkee at an investment of Rs. 15 crore. Kent RO Systems already had two manufacturing facilities in Roorkee. The company is mulling over setting up another plant in Greater Noida after the completion the current unit in Roorkee.

Elaborating their expansion plans Mr. Gupta said, “After making our leadership position in all the metro & A class cities our focus is now to go regional in a big way. currently we have a strong marketing network of 300 distributors and 1000 dealers which we intend to increase to over 200 distributors and 2000 dealers by next year. Seeing the rising demand of water purifiers in the market we target to sell approx 1,50,000 systems in this year.”

Mr. Gupta reassures the substantial reinvestment strategy in the Research and Development facility so as to ensure purest and healthiest drinking water at all times. The 100 crore company plans to strike the 200 crore mark by the end of 2010 through Better Quality Products and increase in Distribution network
