Kingston re-innovates its marketing with a personal touch

Festivals, anniversary, birthdays, and special occasions, all of them have one thing in common; togetherness and family bonding. Kingston Technology, the independent world leader in memory products, also believes in this spirit of being one family. Therefore, Kingston celebrated the occasion of Holi with their family such as their retailers in Mumbai and in Delhi.

Kingston celebrated the event in 2 cities simultaneously, Mumbai and Delhi. Kingston distributed gift hampers to their retailers that consisted of a pichkari, 6 organic colour powder packs, a Kingston white T-shirt and a box of the holi-special beverage thandai. This special Holi Hamper was given out to 800 traders & retailers across Mumbai and Delhi.

Retailers play a very important role in the distribution network, as they are the one who promote products further down the channel and exercise an extent influence a consumer’s decision in product purchase. With these unique marketing strategies, Kingston wants to reach out to their retailers and channel partners/traders by giving a personal touch and making every occasion a joyous celebration.

In today’s demanding market, it is crucial to be in the driver’s seat and look for new avenues in order to market products successfully. Kingston has taken the lead in designing innovative promotional ideas that have helped them connect with their partners, traders, retailers. This out of the box marketing strategy deployed by Kingston to celebrate important occasions and festivals with their channel partners has ensured a long term bonding which will help boost their product popularity.
