Victorinox formally unveiled its new brand identity that represents a significant milestone in the company’s history and further signifies the company’s new brand positioning as “Practical luxury inspired by the ingenuity of the original Swiss Army Knife”. Victorinox has over the years diversified into different product categories like Watches, Travel Gear, Fragrances, Fashion wear apart from its most celebrated brand Swiss Knife, and hence branding has become more and more important to demonstrate the strengths as a global diversified company.
The change in identity is mainly to unify all product categories under one visual appearance. With this revision, the company has also visually harmonized its two logos “Victorinox” and “Victorinox Swiss Army” to be recognized as one and same brand standing for values such as quality, Functionality, innovation and iconic design. The traditional Victorinox logo is the pride of the company and possesses 125 years old heritage therefore the core of the new logo remains the same, except for the red strip.
The new logo is more powerful, stylish and highlights the clarity and vision of the brand.
