Naukri.com introduces a new salary tool mapped on 10 million profiles

Naukri.com, India’s No.1 job site has launched a unique salary tool – Naukri PayCheck. The tool offers broad-based information on compensation across sectors, cities and experience levels based on a database of over 10 million profiles.

Users can use the tool to plan their career by mapping change in salary with a change in experience, industry, functional area or city and comparing multiple salaries on the same sheet. It also shows anonymous profiles of professionals earning the lowest and the highest salaries for the mentioned criteria. Users can find, with one click, jobs that can pay them the most for their profile.

Recruiters can use Naukri PayCheck to benchmark salaries in an industry across functions and experience levels. With the tool, recruiters can estimate how much to pay prospective employees, and also make appropriate offers to retain worthy employees.

For any specified criteria (i.e. functional area, experience, city, education, industry) Naukri PayCheck presents the range of salaries reported by jobseekers matching that criteria in the database. The tool is free to use, and does not require registration on Naukri.com. The tool maintains complete confidentiality of its users and does not reveal profiles on its database.
