Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN) today announced that Frost & Sullivan, a leading research and consulting firm, awarded Websense with two prestigious awards for product innovation and marketing leadership.
Websense received the North American Product Innovation of the Year Award for Web Content Management due to its innovative Web security products, particularly the Websense® Web Security Gateway. Frost & Sullivan recognized Websense for developing security products that address the unique security challenges of dynamic content on today's feature-rich Web sites, especially Web 2.0 sites and application.

The analyst firm reports that Websense has grown continually year after year, and that it held more than 26 percent of the $2.7 billion global content filtering market in 2008.
