Robin Soderling to participate in Aircel Chennai Open 2010

India’s only ATP World Tour tennis tournament Aircel Chennai Open 2010 got a shot in the arm today as Robin Soderling, who is in the top-10 in the ATP rankings, confirmed his participation in the tournament. Now in its 15th year, the event will be held from January 4 - 10, 2010 at SDAT Tennis stadium in Nungambakkam, Chennai. This much awaited annual tournament will see some high-class tennis with participation of Robin Soderling. Tennis fans will get an opportunity to watch Robin Soderling from Sweden, who became the first professional tennis player to defeat Spanish tennis pro Rafael Nadal at the French Open.

The tournament is sponsored by Aircel – Title Sponsor and by a consortium of sponsors in Platinum and Gold category.
