MTS is offering both its high-speed mobile Internet service, MBlaze, and voice services, with an introductory offer of one paisa per two seconds for local mobile phone calls in Haryana. MBlaze offers 15 GB data worth Rs.1500/-, free for the first month as part of the inaugural offer and there will be no roaming surcharges while using the MTS network.
The new tariff is an improvement on the already available "per second billing" offer introduced by MTS in other circles, which has become an industry norm. Subscribers will be able to use this pre-paid service and get connected without verification of their credit ratings and without security deposits.
