Orange Hara is the first restaurant in Delhi to introduce four different meat pickles to the city's dedicated carnivores. These exquisite pickles are created by combining prime cuts of boneless meat, premium spices and other fresh ingredients with high quality oils and vinegars. No artificial preservatives or colours are used in the process.
The varieties of Indian meat pickles on offer at Orange Hara are:
* Khatta Murg ka Achaar: Boneless chicken pickled with north Indian spices and lemon
* Lahsooni Murg ka Achaar: Boneless chicken pickled with whole garlic pods
* Adraki Raan ka Achaar: Boneless mutton pickled with shreds of ginger
* Kerala Gosht ka Achaar: Boneless mutton pickled with a typical south Indian Thokku Spices
These pickles are priced at Rs. 49 for individual portions, Rs. 99 for table portions and Rs. 199 for take-away portions.
