E-Sense Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. won the coveted award for 'Excellence in Stall Design' at the recently concluded Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) Property Exhibition 2010.
E-Sense is an events and publishing firm with pan India operations. It handles exhibitions, brand, sports and talent management by providing creative solutions, logistical support and media activities for events, conferences, product launches, press briefings, parties, inaugurations, in-film marketing, in-store activities, and branding exercises. Its impressive list of clients includes LG, BCCI, Samsung, Virgin Mobile, Zuventus, Zicom, HSBC, Nirmal Lifestyle and RNA Builders, among others. Meanwhile, its publishing arm produces 'Yuva', a fortnightly English youth magazine, as well as 'Go-Getter', the in-flight magazine of GoAir.
The MCHI, now in its 10th year, hosts the state's foremost property exhibition which sees all the leading real estate firms in attendance. This year was no different. More than 75 developers and 20 banks put up attractive stalls at the exhibition, yet it was E-Sense which walked away with the prestigious prize for stall design.
E-Sense designed the winning stall for Nirmal Lifestyle's 'US Open' Apartments, 'India's first branded sports lifestyle apartments'. The stall was designed in a way to represent the natural beauty and healthy lifestyle of US Open. Its salient features included: A dome structure, a green floor with a jogging track (US Open will have a jogging track on its 46th floor!), a 'sky' ceiling, a virtual reality tennis game, and an oval-shaped LED wall at the end. Needless to say, the modern, open-planned stall attracted visitors in huge numbers.
