The latest set of Acer products to enter the market include a slew of innovative TFT monitors that are poised to change the face of PC display. Acer has witnessed tremendous growth over the last one year on the LCD monitor segment and has been occupying the prime position in the overall LCD monitor market in India, since Q3, 2009. With its launch of D240H, D241H, B273H, T231H, S243HL monitors Acer plans to augment its current market share of 19.5% (Source IDC) to an all new high.

The S Series monitor, S243HL is a showcase of modern design, sporting a razor-thin profile with a depth of only about half an inch and features an LED that radiates a soft blue light when power is turned on, reflecting simplicity and elegance. The Acer S243HL is made for users who expect tasteful design, great performance and earth-friendly functionality. Encased in a stylish black bezel, the Acer S243HL stands out and adds a touch of class to any room in the home. The monitor is thin and light so it saves space, and uses white LED technology for eco-friendly power conservation. Acer presents the next big wave in PC display evolution with the 23" T231H monitor. Featuring full multi-touch functionality, the Acer T231 is the best companion for computers with Windows® 7. The working angle of this ergonomically designed monitor can be adjusted from 5° to 60° to ensure comfort especially during sustained use, whether viewing content or engaging in touch operations. Adjustments are intuitive and hassle-free thanks to a specially designed hinge mechanism. The glossy display frame is accentuated by crystal-gray stands, portraying modern style. Acer D240H monitor has a built-in digital photo frame (DPF) function for displaying photos even when the monitor is not connected to a computer. It is equipped with a card reader, and the 1 GB internal storage allows one to save photos in the monitor. This 24" full HD monitor sports a captivating silky-smooth glossy bezel and classy matte-finish rear.

The ergonomic style of the B273H monitor makes it ideal for office use. Featuring flexible height adjustment, tilt and swivel, the B Series monitors present an outstanding display for productive computing. B Series monitors allow easy adjustment of height and tilt angle to optimize the best viewing position. Users can tilt the monitor 15 degrees up or 5 degrees down, swivel 35 degrees to the right and to the left, and adjust the height up to 11 cm.
