Ford India brings its popular Roadside Assistance Service (RSA) in the city of Agra. The service pioneered by Ford India is now be available in 29 cities across India and will provide customers a hassle-free driving experience in and around their cities.
Roadside Assistance Service (RSA) is a 24-hour pioneered service from Ford India that is designed to provide round the clock assistance to a customer in the occurrence of an emergency. RSA provides assistance services such as onsite-mechanic services for minor repairs on-site; transportation of car to service centre if required; fuel delivery; jumpstart of batteries; assistance to unlock cars; towing assistance and much more. The service has been designed to provide Ford customers a comfortable and convenient experience in the case of a flat tyre, breakdown on a lonely stretch, running-out of-fuel, battery drain out or in the case of lost/locked-in keys.
Started in 2007, Ford's RSA service outreach has been constantly growing. In the last four months, it was introduced across 9 new cities such as Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, Mangalore and now Agra.
One of the Ford customer who was left stranded in an agricultural fields at the Noida outskirts had this to say, "My car broke down in the middle of the fields in Greater Noida. I didn't even know where I was. I called up Ford's customer care explaining my situation and they were quick to respond…could have never imagined that it would be so easy. This is one of the best services that Ford has to offer and I really appreciate the support and confidence shown by the Ford representatives."
Ford India has been constantly trying to enhance the pleasure of owning a Ford car. With convenience being one of the top priorities, the RSA service is a true representation of the company's commitment towards enhancing consumer convenience.
Ford's RSA is designed to provide a real time response and stress free ownership for the customer. The service also provides hospitality experience by offering cold towels and refreshments to comfort customers in the hour of distress or arranging taxi to stranded customers where onsite repair is not possible.

Ford India collaborated with Mondial Assistance, a globally acclaimed automotive service provider in order to help drive its RSA program here in India and introduce this professionally-manned customer support program.
Ford Service Roadside Assistance program comprises a fleet of two types of vehicles including flat bed trucks and emergency response motorcycles. Depending on the type of service request, the requisite vehicle will rush to the site to provide assistance, thus delivering fast, accurate and quality service to the customer.
The flat bed trucks, being deployed allow immobile vehicles to be recovered without the accompanying damages generally experienced during traditional towing.
