Jivox India achieves 400% growth in Q2 of 2010

Jivox, IndiaÂ’s no. 1 interactive online video advertising company has announced a revenue growth of 400% in Q2 of 2010 over the same quarter of 2009. The nationÂ’s top brands, including Star TV, Samsung, IBM, Nike, Siemens, Kingfisher, Spice Jet, HUL, General Motors and Microsoft have delivered successful online video advertising campaigns powered by JivoxÂ’s interactive video ad platform and distributed on JivoxÂ’s premium Publisher and Audience Network.

Nielsen Study shows that online video ads also offer substantially higher levels of brand recall (50% compared to 28%), message recall (39% compared to 21%), and likeability (26% compared to 14%) than TV ads. Key milestones in 1st half of 2010 (Jan – Jun ’10) include:

1) Strong revenue and advertiser growth: Jivox grew revenues by 400% in Q2 of 2010 over the same quarter of 2009 as the company has added new advertisers and saw repeat business from existing advertisers.

2) Adoption of video ad platform: Jivox has entered into an exclusive partnership with HT Media, through which it would be able to post video ads on the print media entity's online properties including HindustanTimes.Com, LiveMint.Com and DesiMartini.Com.

3) Expanded video ad network: Jivox now offers advertisers distribution to over 150 premium sites (national and regional) in India and Indian audience on premium international sites.

4) Large brand advertisers: Jivox is now successfully delivering campaigns for many large brand advertisers, including Star TV, Samsung, IBM, Nike, Siemens, Kingfisher, Spice Jet, HUL, General Motors and Microsoft, which yielded consistent and strong performance.

5) Innovative engagement feature in Product: In 2010, Jivox introduced industry-leading online video advertising delivery formats, powered by interactive and social sharing widgets. Jivox also introduced new and enhanced video ad player customization options to provide advertisers full flexibility to deliver messaging to end users while preserving brand identity and leveraging the power of social media sharing.

6) Industry recognition: Jivox continues to be recognized for its growth and leadership in the category. Jivox was chosen as a winner of the TiE50 Award. TiE50 Winners represent the most enterprising companies worldwide in five sectors that are driving today's economy. Selected from among nearly 4,000 nominees, and after almost 100,000 votes, Jivox is chosen as a winner in the Internet sector.

7) HTML5 support: Jivox announced availability of HTML5 support as part of its new platform technology enhancements. With this new feature, Jivox will enable delivery of interactive video advertising campaigns to popular HTML5-compatible mobile devices, including the Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and Android based phones.
