Tecumseh partners with Panasonic

Tecumseh India, the largest independent manufacturer of compressors for Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration products in the country, today announced that it had bagged order to supply compressors for Panasonic Refrigerators to be built in India.

The scope of supply encompasses the latest and the most advanced environment friendly THK range of refrigeration compressors being manufactured at the Indian facility. Tecumseh has an existing strategic partnership with leading brands including Whirlpool, Voltas, Videocon, Haier, LG, Carrier, Blue Star etc. It is also a preferred supplier in the countries like Saudi Arabia, China, South Africa and UAE.

Mr. James Wainright, President & CEO, Tecumseh Products Company handed over the first THK compressors to the senior management team of Panasonic and Videocon today at the Ballbagarh manufacturing facility.
