The Bistro is fresh new look at luxurious dining; the design is a blend of traditional wood work and contemporary lighting fixtures, with large stone tiles and soft seating while the wooden rafters add an air of warmth and well being.
The placement of the restaurant as it exists is done at the head of the crescent shaped building that is the Diwa Wing and the clever architecture ensures that there is always a light breeze blowing as our Diners enjoy the artistry of our culinary and bar artisans.
Guests can enjoy an all-day breakfast menu or the specials of the day featuring fresh and surprising interpretations of local seasonal delicacies.
