In an endeavor to boost sales close to the month end, Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon is hosting its bi-monthly 'M Day-Making it happen!' The initiative will not only have associates coming up with novel ways to push sales, but also celebrate the success of meeting sales targets and appreciating the creative efforts made to reach out to customers and maintain brand loyalty.
Also known as Marriott Asia Pacific's New Closing Day, the initiative is held across all Marriott hotels across the Asia Pacific region. The purpose behind this day is to get associates varying from Excom's, leadership teams and chefs to participate in increasing sales and enhancing brand loyalty through innovative propositions.
At Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon, associates of all level gathered together at a special lunch organized to celebrate the raving success of the hotel in terms of sales, customer service and new business development.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Matthew Cooper, General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon quotes, "The M-Day-Making it happen! initiative is no doubt a unique way to show the brand's support to its hard working associates but it is also a way of letting the customers of Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon know that we constantly strive to add more value to their business, provide their travelers and meeting delegates with more options and reward their loyalty with more Marriott Reward Points."
Adding additional flavor to the 'M Day- making it Happen!' initiative is recognition plaque from Marriott International awarded to the hotel or cluster that produced the maximum revenue on the day. The winning practice used will also be shared across among all Marriott properties across the region.
