The Marriott International is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Deepak Manocha as General Manager, JW Marriott Chandigarh. An association with the company for over a decade now, Mr. Deepak brings with him the rich experience of having worked with various brands of the Marriott International. In his new role Deepak will be responsible for the operational set up and steering of the overall management of the hotel.
Welcoming the appointment of Mr. Deepak, Mr. Rajeev Menon, Area Vice President, Marriott International Group of Hotels, said, "Deepak is undoubtedly an accomplished hotelier and with his expertise and dedication, we're delighted to have somebody of his caliber lead the pre-opening team of JW Marriott Chandigarh, as we open doors as the first luxury hotel in North India. Mr. Deepak Manocha brings with him close to fifteen years of valuable experience in management and operations, in various capacities spanning over multiple Business and Resort Hotels across the country. A firm believer in the mantra 'on your feet the only way to success,' Deepak having risen through the ranks in a short span of time, has always focused on Guest and Associate Satisfaction. He is recognized for his exemplary achievements, unrelenting commitment to his role and leadership qualities. His appointment continues to support the new strategic direction of the hotel's growth and expansion plans.
