What do sporting champions do, what makes winning teams, who is a good leader, why do only some teams keep winning while others win only for a while and then lose. Two IIMA alumni, Sports commentator and writer Harsha Bhogle and advertising and communication consultant Anita Bhogle dig into examples from sport to see how they can benefit managers in their first ever Book together aptly titled "The Winning Way".
The Winning Way was launched by Indian Cricketers Gautam Gambhir & Virat Kohli at the Trident Mumbai. Also gracing the occasion with their presence were personalities from Advertising, Cinema and Sports namely Prasoon Joshi, Indian Cricket Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Pathan brothers Yusuf & Irfan, Anil Kumble, Ravi Shastri, Wasim Akram, Stephen Fleming, Gaurav Kapoor to name a few.
The Launch was followed by a Panel Discussion between well know personalities from the fields of Business, Advertising and Sports which delved into real-life situations to point readers in the direction of leadership and Learnings for Managers. The panel comprised of:

• Mr. Wasim Akram - Former Captain of Pakistan Cricket Team
Speaking on the occasion Harsha & Anita Bhogle said, "We launched our book 'The Winning Way - Learning's from the sport for managers' in the company of stars from the sports and corporate world. It's amazing how analogies from sport are so relevant even to those in business, apart from sport being involving and highly motivating. If we were to some up "The Winning Way" in a sentence it would be that you win if you become the best you possibly can - And often that's enough to make you a winner."
