Recipes for Pink Summer:

Pinky No.1 Cocktail

1 part of Pinky vodka, 1part of cranberry juice and 1part sparkling water.

Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint. For a sweeter version, sparkling water to be replaced with lemon-lime soda.

Strawberry Moon Cocktail

1 part of Pinky Vodka, 1 part of pina colaba mix, 2 parts of pineapple juice and 2 fresh strawberries.

Muddle strawberries in the bottom of the mixing glass and add remaining ingredients. Shake over ice, until light and fluffy, and strain into a martini glass and then garnish with a strawberry.

Tickled Pinky Cocktail 1 part of Pinky Vodka, ½ parts of lychee puree, ½ part fresh lemon juices, 2 parts of cranberry juice, splash of simple syrup and 4 fresh raspberries. Combine all the ingredients, including raspberries and shake over ice. Strain into a rock glass and garnish with a skewered raspberry.

Jamaican Rose Cocktail

1 ½ parts of Pinky Vodka, 1 part of Passoa (Passion fruit liqueur), ¼ part rose water, 3 parts hibiscus drink and 3 freshly squeezed lemon wedges.

Shake the ingredients and strain into 6.oz. Cocktail glass with sugar rim. Garnish with lemon wedge, mint leaf, rose petal and raspberry flower garnish.

Bonito- Jito Cocktail

1 part of Pinky, 3 sprigs of fresh mint, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 11 blueberries and half part of fresh lime juice.

Crush the mint, blueberries, brown sugar and lime juice in a glass and Pinky and ice to nearly fill the glass. Place the cocktail shaker

over the glass and shake thoroughly. Top off the glass with sparkling water and then garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf.

Pinky Rose Cocktail

2 parts of Pinky, 1 part of sweet and sour, ¼ part triple sec, ½ part white cranberry juice and a splash of lime juice. Shake over ice and serve in a chilled martini glass and then garnish a rose petal.
