The fun never stops at McDonald’s, for its customers and employees alike. On Saturday McDonald’s, India’s leading food service retailer held the India finals of their in-house singing contest –Voice of McDonald’s, which is worldwide singing competition for its crew and managers. Seema Arora Nambiar along with Mr Kailash Kher announced the winner for Voice of McDonald’s India. The winner will now compete at the next level in the Asia Region. The regional winners will then complete at the Grand Finale to be held in Florida, USA, the winner of which will receive the prize of US $25,000!
The entries for Voice of McDonald’s India were called across 6 states, and 120 restaurants which saw a whopping 220 entries from Crew & Managers. The entrants got a chance to prove their abilities with music experts in the city, post which they came to Mumbai. They were also given music training where they got exposure to Art of Singing Workshop and stage presence grooming. That’s not all, all contestants also received personal grooming and complete makeovers!!
The finale of Voice of McDonald’s was a splendid event held at Rang Sharda auditorium in Mumbai, where the semi finalists competed while being cheered on by their colleagues and families and judged by renowned musician Milind Ingle and the celebrated singers Kailash Kher and Hard Kaur.
Prajitha Annedath was announced the winner of Voice of McDonald’s India and will get to cut her own track & finally go to the U.S for the grand finale & get a chance to win the mega grand prize of US $25000!!
Speak on the occasion Kailash Kher said, “I am excited to be part of this event and enjoyed the fun filled evening with the contestants of the contest. The level of talent was very inspiring and it was great of McDonald’s to have such an event to promote music among its staff”
