Xenitis to enter hardware, networking and IT securing training

With the launch of ‘TechnoLab’ across India, Xenitis, an ISO 14001:2000 certified comprehensive IT Company, became the first IT manufacturing giant to enter Hardware, Networking and IT security Training. ‘TechnoLab’ is a unique Hardware Training Institute to groom and develop proficient professionals and is aimed to fulfill and tap the growing demand for trained professionals in this sector. The Institute in Mumbai was inaugurated in the presence of renowned Member of Parliament, Mr. Anjan Yadav.

Started with two labs in the year 2003 in Kolkata, ‘TechnoLab’ is the first-of-its-kind training division of Xenitis Group of Companies. Aimed to groom, train and develop proficient professionals, the institute provides specialized training for innovative solutions with real life and practical solutions in Hardware, Networking and IT Security. Backed by Xenitis Group of Companies, the institute’s main advantage lies in expertise in PC Manufacturing and awareness of the lack of expertise in the Hardware and networking sector. This enables TechnoLab to impart precise and quality training to its students in a state-of-the-art environment.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. David Nair, CEO, Technolab said, “We have noticed over the years that the demand for trained professionals in the Hardware and Network servicing sector has been constantly increasing. In order to equalize this demand and supply ratio, we planned to establish Technolab, the first-of-its kind to impart training and facilitate interested students.

at our PC factories. Riding on the success of Aamchi PC, and Aapna PC, the Company becomes the first IT manufacturing Company to enter into this sector.”

‘TechnoLab’ offers courses both in Hardware and Networking. TechnoPOWER is a power-packed course in Hardware & Networking designed to be completed in 360 hrs and 1 year. The Hardware courses include hands-on experience of PC assembling, OS installation, troubleshooting and Monitor, SMPS repairing while the Networking part covers training on CISCO Routers and Switches using 3600, 1700 and other series of Routers and Windows 2000 Server. Besides these, various short-term and certified Hardware and Networking courses are also imparted to fulfill several needs of the IT industry.

The courses are approved by the State Council of Technical Education, Govt. of West Bengal, accredited with ISO 9001: 14001 certification and Pearson VUE’s recognition as an authorized Online Testing Centre which allows students to appear for Global Certification examinations. After successful completion of the course, each student is offered a certificate of experience.

The students enjoy the opportunity of being trained by experienced faculty members who has developed the world-class curriculum. Emphasis has been laid to expose students to maximum physical training and usage of latest hardware and networking equipment including IBM and HP servers, D-Link etc. A student can experience a unique hands-on learning experience at Aamar PC’s R&D division, Field Training in Aamar PC Factory and Service Section and experience the real-time Cisco 3600 along with other series routers.
