Samsung launches Laser Printer for DTP Application

Digital technology leader today announced the launch of its new, advanced ML-1610 Laser printer for DTP applications. Priced at Rs.8, 990. This compact and stylish entry-level Laser Printer gives jet-black print outs on butter paper/ transparencies which is the key requirement of DTP solution providers.

This product which has been customized to meet the requirements of the Indian market, prints @ 16PPM (A4), which is much faster in comparison to any competitive product offered by competition in the similar category. As per Samsung’s thumb rule of providing economical products, ML-1610 also comes with the Toner Save Button, which results in giving 40% more prints. States Mr Anil Chandna, Country Product Manager – Laser Printer, Samsung India, “This product is targeted not only at DTP Operators but also for self employed people or office users upgrading to Laser from Inkjet printers.” Samsung is going to launch ML 1610 through 16 cities Dealer meet starting from 1st Sep’05.
