Cafe 2 2 Tango is exclusively purchasing from the French farms to procure the organic vegetables and free range-corn fed live stock. Roger Langbour at the French farm at Gurgaon has pioneered in the cultivation of organic produce and has bred his live stock humanely such as free range Chicken; Corn fed Pork among many others.
Chef/Owner Bhuvnesh Khanna says, "We have tied up with The French Farm to get our Organic produce. Fresh & Local with as minimal carbon impact on the environment as possible." "It is indeed farm to table."
He further adds, "We at our restaurant believed that it needed to make the switch to organic to bring food in line with the restaurants’ environmentally friendly strategies. The environment really is our business. We while conceptualizing the restaurant wanted to do something for the environment, whatever small it maybe. We started by consciously deciding that we will not sell water.
We also understood that some of our client base would like to have mineral water. We solved the problem by buying the mineral water but offer it absolutely free to our guests. We are at present looking at a couple of UV water purifying systems to install and completely move away from purchasing bottled water. And now we are going Organic".
