Everything Goes! Communications, the award winning experiential marketing agency, is back with the month long European themed festival ‘Europa Calling II’ at Growel’s 101 Mall in Kandivali, complementing the on-going sale season. Back on public demand, Europa Calling II will kick start from July 14 to August 15, 2012. The second season of the European extravaganza boasts of more fun, activities, performances and exciting prizes.
“We received an overwhelming response for Europa Calling last year. The mall witnessed more than 7 lakhs footfalls during the festival and retailers recorded the highest sales. Consumers and even retailers had started enquiring about the festival. Hence, we decided to launch the second season of Europa Calling with double the fun and excitement”, said Mr. Vjay Dewan, Chief Creative Guardian, Everything Goes! Communications, the agency that handles the creative duties of the mall as well as executes its in-house mall events.

Europa Calling organized last year helped us register a huge number of footfalls as well as record big numbers in terms of sales. This year we are back again with the second edition of Europa Calling, the event which is now even larger in scale than last year and we hope will provide the shoppers a spectacular experience,”said Mr. Santosh Pandey, Vice President Growel’s 101 Mall.
Europa Calling II is being celebrated in true European style. European characters like Queen’s Guards, Mime Artist, Charlie Chaplin and dance performers will move around in the catchment area on a royal Chariot to create a buzz about the festival at Growel’s 101 Mall and attract the crowd. A large screen outside the mall will showcase the activities going on within the mall which will include live performances like Bubble Dance, Spanish Dance, Ribbon Dance, Antre Dance and Living Statue as well asperformances by serenading musicians.Entertaining and knowledge sharing workshops on Pasta Making, Cake Decoration, Pizza Topping, Venetian Mask Decoration, and Latin Ballroom Dancewill also be organized during the festival.
The main highlight of Europa calling II is the unique 3D Pavement Art Display, which is now gaining popularity in Europe and will be showcased for the first time in Mumbai. It is also being presented as a Photo point. By redeeming 100 points of G++ Growel’s 101 Mall’s in-house loyalty card, shoppers can take home captured moments at various photo points depicting popular imagery of European cities or click pictures with the strolling characters. The photo will be instantly printed and handed over to the customer in a customized photo frame.
Further to enhance the fun quotient, shopping too is being incentivised for the event duration. All G++ card holders can enter the Europa Calling II Lucky Draw by redeeming a set number of points. The G++ card members also stand to win tablets, in the daily draws as well as the Bumper Prize - a plot of land from Disha Direct or the Grand Prize – a Volkswagen PoloCar.
