Randstad joins forces with EmmayHR

Randstad Holding nv announces that it has agreed with shareholders of EmmayHR to purchase 51% of the company’s shares, with the intention to purchase the remainder of the shares over the coming years. EmmayHR, a top Indian HR provider in recruitment, selection and training with some 120 employees, will give Randstad excellent representation in India.
