Addressing to the long-standing demand of activation venues, agencies and brands to come together and explore the growth opportunities in experiential marketing, Umbrella Aegis announced the launch of The Activation Venue Forum – TAVF.
Experiential marketing has been one of the most effective ways to establish connect with the customers where they experience a product through their sense of sight, touch, feel, smell and taste. Influencing all five senses of the customer, experiential marketing derive brand salience like no other marketing medium. TAVF is formed with an objective to uncover the potential of this marketing medium for Venues, Brands and Activation agencies to connect with their customers.
Held on 13thSeptember 2016, TAVF (#TAVF2016) was a one-day event in Mumbai at The St Regis. The event started at 10:30 am and had speakers from various segments to speak about the transformation of experiential marketing, their case studies, and experiences. It was then followed by a panel discussion and TAVF magazine launch. TAVF was supported by Event & Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) and Worldline e-payment services were the associate sponsor.
The event highlighted the evolution of experiential marketing and how important are innovations to take experiential industry on a boom. Hearing various case studies from prominent speakers at the event, marketing professionals realised the need to come together and join hands for better brand activations each coming year.
TAVF is a platform for venues, brands, and agencies to position, collaborate, alliance and support each other to explore this medium of marketing and discuss opportunities. The event had recognition for venues across India to value their efforts in activations and innovations. More than 40 malls received awards for their tremendous work in BTL activations. This has enhanced the support for brand activation at the venues.

This is how we will drive ultimate and enriching experiences for the consumers”, he concluded.
