Digital agency Insomniacs executes India's biggest home buying sale ever for Raunak Group

Mumbai, June 11, 2018

Mumbai based real estate developer Raunak Group successfully completed one of the biggest home buying sales in India - ‘Sabse Saste 4 Din’. The campaign was executed from the 1st to the 4th of June, 2018 in collaboration with their digital agency - Insomniacs.

Raunak Group has aimed to serve the interest of homebuyers based in Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan since 1980, providing high-quality homes at affordable rates. The ‘Sabse Saste 4 Din’ campaign came up as an idea to intorduce a flash sale for the first time in the real estate sector, giving customers a chance to book their dream home at the LOWEST possible rate and WITHOUT anny conditions applied or surprise additional costs when they visit the site.

The campaign put Raunak Group’s projects in Thane and Kalyan into the spotlight, specifically Raunak City, Raunak Heights, Raunak Residency and Unnathi Woods.

As the name of suggest there were discounts ranging from Rs.3lkhs to Rs.11 Lkhs on the homes across these four projects, giving homebuyers an opportunity to cash in on massive savings for themselves. Taking place between the 1st to the 4th of June, the offer attracted almost over 9,000 famalies out of which there were about 750 that visited all the sales offices. A total of 207 flats were sold out of the 300 on offer at the discounted rates during these 4 days, breaking records across the industry with sales value totalling to over Rs.107 crores.

Commenting on the campaign, Mr.Rajan N Bandelkar, Director of Raunak Group, states, “Sabse Saste 4 Din was our way of showing that we always put our customers and their needs on the top of our priorities list and we are willing to step up and help homebuyers fulfill their dreams.”
