Reputed global brand, Vogue Eyewear, is known not just for their trends but also for the fun campaigns they create with influencers all over the world. Bollywood actor, Shraddha Kapoor, is their face for the Indian leg of the campaign. #ShowYourVogueIndia is now back with the second edition this year - a series of fun digital films which explore Shraddha’s take on life. These films have been conceptualized by Brandmovers India, the creative digital agency who also executed last year’s campaign.
The films offer a sneak peek into Shraddha Kapoor’s life and gives us a never-seen-before perspective on how she sails through various situations. Shraddha preps for a day of shoot, aces the role of a runaway bride, finds a chance to slip in a yoga session between shots, spends quality time with her furry friend, indulges her sweet tooth craving and finally decides to spend her Friday night at home curled up with a book, instead of partying with her friends. All the while, she breezes through her chaotic life with utmost ease, looks super stylish while she is at it and truly makes work seem like play.
The film is complemented by a fun and upbeat rap song, which has been performed by Lady Kash, an award winning south Asian rapper/songwriter from Singapore. The rap captures the essence of the film and adds volumes to the mood of the film. The rap films urge the audience to explore their fun side while being in touch with their authentic selves - their Vogue. While the brand has taken a young, edgy route, the films also give out a pertinent message to the millennials who struggle with work-life balance and keeping up with chaos and reminds them to take a breather, to be true to themselves.
