IndusInd Bank appoints Zubin Mody, senior vice president– Human Resources

IndusInd Bank, a fast-growing new-generation private-sector bank, announced the appointment of Zubin Mody as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. He will be responsible for the entire HR function of the Bank.

On the appointment of Zubin Mody, Mr. Bhaskar Ghose, Managing Director, IndusInd Bank said, “Human resources play a vital role in our business, and with the increasing aspirations of the employees, it is necessary to have a quality HR function to cater to their intangible needs and help them grow to their fullest potential. Zubin Mody was last with the ICICI Lombard as Head – Human Resources - Prior to that, he has had a long and rich experience with the ICICI group, apart from renowned FMCG brands such as Marico Industries and Heinz India.

Zubin Mody is a graduate in Science (Honors), Mumbai University, and a post-graduate with specialization in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
