Company Release
New Delhi,June 19
India’s one of the leading lighting company Surya Roshni Ltd. has unveiled a new TV campaign to communicate various brand strengths of “Surya” in the righteous & an impactful manner.
The campaign showcases Surya’s vast product range i.e. bulbs, tube lights, CFL lamps, luminaries and other lighting products in different application areas like homes, shopping malls, rural areas, bunkers and hospitals.
The Executive Director of the Surya Roshni Mr. Sharad Agarwal says, “Surya products are sold across the length and breadth of the country and exported to more than 40 quality conscious markets all over the world. In addition, we make the complete range of lighting products. Our brief to the advertising agency K Factor was to communicate this in an impactful manner. This proposition has been brought alive by the simple but memorable line “ Surya Jalta Hi Jaye” that is repeated several times in the new TVC.”
The ad agency analysis showed that Surya had a clear technological edge over competition. Its two state-of-the-art plants are world class and Surya is the only lighting company making all components in-house. This makes all Surya products long lasting and this was the single minded proposition K Factor decided to focus on. The 30 seconds fast paced campaign with a catch line “Surya Jalta Hi Jaye” has been created by ace advertising personality Shivjeet Kullar and directed by Kailash Surendranath of K Factor.
Surya has several aggressive plans lined up for the lighting business and this campaign will be followed up by many others pertaining to specific products. However the present campaign (which will be extended to host of other media too) will provide “umbrella” cover to the Surya brand.
