Ford India has initiated a wide range of programs and services designed to make Ford owners among the most satisfied motor vehicle owners in India. An innovative program, the Total Maintenance Plan (TMP), offers total maintenance at a price as low as Re. 0.39 per km. The plan ensures that the customer can get scheduled maintenance or unplanned repairs completed at any authorized Ford dealership for a fixed price. The plan completely insulates the customer from future price revisions and can be transferred to a new owner when the car is sold, thereby increasing the resale value of the car.

FordCarGainz, the first customer loyalty program introduced by an automobile manufacturer in India, rewards customers who follow Ford guidelines on routine services through authorized Ford dealerships. This initiative insulates the consumer from the risks of using unauthorized service centres and non-genuine spare parts. With loyalty points accumulated through CarGainz, owners get discounts on Ford accessories and even on the cost of scheduled maintenance.

Ford India has a network of over 115 Ford dealership facilities in 79 cities across the country. Ford in India is poised for greater growth based on a solid foundation of strong products, strong business partners and high caliber employees.
