MindTree spells out its stand on integrity

MindTree Consulting, an international IT and R&D services company, known for its innovative people practices, has taken a bold new step in communicating the importance of integrity in organization building. MindTree, today, released a book titled ‘All About Integrity ’, for all the stakeholders of MindTree, including its employees and partners.

The demand for talent in the IT industry today is at its peak, and with this demand comes the challenge of building a shared understanding within an organization, of what is integrity and what constitutes a breach of integrity. As a company, MindTree considers integrity, be it within the company or outside, to be one of the key principles that its people should abide by. What makes this book a unique initiative by the company is that it not only covers the company policy on integrity, but also includes real-life cases of breach of integrity at MindTree and the manner in which they were resolved.
