Fame Adlabs, the multiplex located in the suburbs of Mumbai and belonging to the Shringar group, will introduce a customer loyalty programme on November 1. Branded as Purple Privilege, the card will entitle members to various services, help them get timely updates, special discounts, tickets to exclusive movie screenings, premiere parties and so on.
Celebrities, who frequent Fame Adlabs, will be encouraged to enroll for the loyalty programme and guests enrolling between November 1 and 5 will be invited to the premiere of Matrix III. To be released simultaneously across the world on November 5, Fame Adlabs will be the only multiplex to screen Matrix III in the city.
Speaking about the initiative, Shravan Shroff, director, Shringar Cinemas, says, "This program is an extension of our mission to provide our guests with a unique movie viewing experience. Today, we have a loyal customer base of 1.5 lakh guests, and we plan to convert atleast five per cent of the guest list into members in the first six months."
Meanwhile, the group has inked a deal with real estate developers Calcutta Metropolitan Group for setting up a multiplex in Hiland Park, Kolkata. Christened Fame Metropolis, the multiplex will be spread across 30,000 square feet of land, comprising four screens and will be designed by Toronto-based architect Mesbur Smith.
