On November 16, the third series of Chausath Panne (64 Pages) titled Aandhi will premiere at 8.00 pm. Starring Simone Singh of Heena fame, the series features Ayub Khan, nephew of Dilip Kumar and Faisal Khan, brother of Aamir Khan, in a love triangle. Singh, who plays the role of Chandni, is a young and beautiful woman in love with Varun, played by Ayub Khan. The only daughter in the family, her relationship with Varun is disapproved by her father, who dotes on her. She is invariably compelled to tie the knot with the well-mannered and cultured Siddhant, putting her in a dilemma between head and heart. Aandhi explores this complex relationship and will extend over 64 weeks.
Meanwhile, at the same time on the same day, archrival Sony Entertainment Television is set to telecast the tenth series of weekend show Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat. Titled Kab Kyon Kahan, the series marks the return of the popular reel pair of Gauri and Pratham, who featured in the erstwhile Balaji show Kutumb.
The story revolves around a vampire, played by Cezanne Khan, who wreaks havoc in the city of Mumbai. Khan, who is the star of Kasauti Zindagi Kay on STAR Plus, will make his debut on Sony with the show while Pratham and Gauri, the teenage pair of Kutumb, will feature as ghost busters.
