Bindass, the Hindi general entertainment channel from media conglomerate UTV and Indias first local 360° leisure & entertainment brand for young India will air Sea Hawks, the thrilling, action-packed drama on the high seas, starting from October 22, 07 on weekdays at 9.30 pm.
Shot in the exotic locales of Mauritius, Goa, Daman and Lakshwadweep, the series directed by Anubhav Sinha, once again will capture the interest of viewers.
Elaborating on the show, Zarina Mehta, CEO of Bindass said, Sea Hawks was the dream project of UTV which was made keeping in mind every Indians love for action, thrill and patriotism. Our viewers will surely enjoy watching this hit series which gave Indian television viewers an experience for the first time of out of the ordinary locations, the use of fighter planes, ships and shot against a genuine army background.
The pivot of the series, the Indian Coast Guard, battles terrorists and mafia syndicates involved in the business of destruction, smuggling of lethal weapons and drug peddling. Sea Hawks weaves an international web of intrigue around the armed forces and even probes their personal lives and their loves.
Sea Hawks has slick performances from Manoj Pawa, Madhvan, Anup Soni, Om Puri, Nikki Aneja, Milind Soman and Simone Singh.
