New Update

In the race to Indianize and localize its programming and quickly gain relevance among kids in the country, kids channel Nick, along with Asian Paints, has launched a talent show for children aged 14 and below. In this show, participating kids need to describe what they would do if they had their own TV show. Kids are free to showcase their hidden talents, show off pets or even pick their nose. One finalist from each of the five cities - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad - will be selected. A short film will be created around each finalist, and Nick viewers will vote to select the one they think deserves to have his or her own show.

As a prize, Asian Paints will do up the winner's chosen room with his or her favourite Asian Paints theme. The company will gift the winner a bunk bed and decorate the room with funky Nick goodies. Apart from this, the winner would also get a Samsung Handycam, and would also have the opportunity to feature in a new show premiering on the channel soon.
