Sony is a winner too at Promax & BDA Awards

Hindi general entertainment channel Sony has bagged a gold and a bronze at the Promax & BDA Awards 2004. The Gold was awarded to the channel for the consumer promotion Shiksha - a partnership between its popular show Kkusum and P&G between April and June 2003, while the bronze was bagged in the category of Best Trade Publication Ad for 'Break the Rules with Jassi' at the Ad Asia conference held in Jaipur in November 2003.

Speaking about the victory, Sunil Lulla, executive vice-president, Sony Entertainment Television says, "We are glad to see India being honoured on a global platform. The two awards are in recognition of the distinctive work that Sony Entertainment Television has undertaken to reach out to the marketing, advertising and media community. Shiksha, in particular, is an example of how we create marketing solutions for our partners. We salute P&G for supporting us in this initiative."
