NDTV Imagine will go on air from 7p.m. onwards on January 21, 2008. This new Hindi General Entertainment channel promises to Entertain and Delight television audiences across the country. Say Shaava Shaava (A musical entertainer) - Watch your favourite bahu's, beti's, bhai's, pati's and khalnayak's don a new avatar. Ramayan (India's greatest epic) - A brand new series based on Valmiki's Ramayan and Tulsidas' Ramcharitmanas. After a period of 20 years, this age old classic will be retold with grand sets, new star cast and lilting music

Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family (A light-hearted Drama) - A rib-tickling, heart- warming reflection of the hopes, dreams, joys and sorrows that this joint family experiences in their day to day life

Main Teri Parchhain Hoon (A Drama) - An emotional story of a young girl who follows her conscience and tries to set right, the wrong she has unknowingly and unintentionally brought upon a family
