ETV Oriya, the popular Oriya satellite channel has consolidated its position marching clearly ahead of Oriya channels and other national channels, according to aMAP, an agency providing Indian television viewership data electronically on daily basis. The study was carried for the period May 1 – June 23 in which ETV Oriya has registered biggest share of viewership under the prominent target group CS Female 15+ ABC.
ETV Oriya’s share of viewership stood at 18.66% while OTV garnered 13.77%, DD Oriya 1.85%, Star Plus 10.71% and Zee 9.29%. The study covered the complete Orissa market for the primetime 1930-2100 hours.
