Song, dance and secret revelations in Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai

Viewers of STAR Plus’ popular soap, Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai will be entertained this week with a wholesome share of dance and masti complete with drama in the upcoming episodes of the serial. Celebrating the engagement of their son, Ranveer (Kinshuk Mahajan), the Rajvansh family are seen dancing on the hit number Shava Shava from the film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham while Sadhana (Sara Khan) is trying to bust Ranveer’s girlfriend, Sonia’s (Madhura Naik) devious plan and stop the engagement.

The plot unfolds as below:

Ep # 152, 30th June, 9 pm on STAR Plus

Vasudha goes to check on Sadhana but Sadhana returns in the nick of time. Alekh selects Sadhana’s dress and the jewellery for the party while Sadhana instructs him to refrain from saying anything against Sonia in the party. Sonia’s parents tell Karan that she has gone to her aunt’s place and that she is not getting engaged to anyone while Sonia hides herself on spotting Karan. Sonia uses an opportunity and hits Karan with a flower vase leaving Karan unconsciousness. The engagement party begins at Rajvansh House. As Ranveer is about to slide the engagement ring into Sonia’s finger Sadhana interrupts and pleads Sonia to stop the ceremony.

Sadhana pleads with Sonia to stop the engagement ceremony and to tell everyone the truth while Sonia accuses Sadhana of sabotaging her big day and ruining her and Ranveer’s life. Ranveer and Vasudha also get angry and Vasudha warns Sadhana to mend her ways and stop ruining the party. Holding fort Sadhana pleads again that the engagement should be called off but nobody believes her. Angered by the whole situation, Vasudha grabs Sadhana by her hand and drags her out of the party only to be confronted by Karan!

Ep # 154, 2nd July, 9 pm on STAR Plus

Karan reveals Sonia’s truth and substantiates this with a proof. Sonia tries hard to defend herself, but in vain. Vasudha slaps Sonia while Ranveer breaks down. Vasudha and Inderjeet thank Karan while he applauds Sadhana for bringing the truth to the forefront. Hearing this Vasudha also thanks Sadhana. Alekh tries to comfort Ranveer but he is inconsolable. Vasudha tries to console him by assuring him that he will certainly find a better match than Sonia.

Ep # 155, 3rd July, 9 pm on STAR Plus

Depressed and dejected by the turn of events, Ranveer looses all interest in life. He picks up a knife and stares at it when Inderjeet passes and finds him that state. Inderjeet instructs Ranveer to put his knife down. Ranveer breaks down and an emotional moment is spent between the father and the son. Ranveer tells everyone that he wants to be alone for sometime and goes out of the house.
