‘JEEVANA TARANGALU’ on MAA TV

'Jeevana Tarangalu' is a new and appealing daily serial based on the popular novel written by the famous Eddanapudi Sulochana Rani who needs no introduction. This serial distinct in style and character is all set to roll out in the prime time band on Maa TV.

Based on this novel a very popular movie called ‘Jeevana Tarangalu’ which was a huge classic hit during the 70’s was made. This had Dr. U.V.Krishnam Raju, Shoban Babu, Vanishree, Laxmi starring in it. The serial revolves around the same story line with different star cast and packaged very interestingly suitable to the present circumstances in order to entice the viewers.

The story is an emotional family entertainer which traces the life of a middle class beautiful girl who faces various ups and down in her life. The different transition in her personal life, her moral values, conflicts, etc is very well depicted in the serial.

Rebel star U.V. Krishnam Raju's well-known banner ‘GopiKrishna Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.’ is the production house for this serial. For the very first time it is venturing into a serial production. This banner has produced many popular movies called Bhaktakanappa, Tandra Paparayudu, Krishnaveni, Amaradeepam etc.

The star casts are the popular faces of the small screen – Mamatha, Raja Sridhar, Chakri, Ananth & Sri Raju. Mr. Bhoopathy Raju V.K. is the director and U.Syamala Devi & Kakurla Shiva Prasad are the producers.

‘JEEVANA TARANGALU’ will be starting from Monday, 21st July 2008, in MAA TV, in the prime time band 7.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The series will be telecasted from Monday to Thursday.
