Pareshaan Aswasthi is an A+ student. But that’s not enough for his parents. All their dreams and aspirations rest or rather burden Pareshaan’s young shoulders. His mother wants a duplex with all marble flooring and his father wishes to drive a Mercedes. In order to prepare poor Pareshaan for the real world, his parents send him to one of the country’s finest institutions – the Goon School. This is where tomorrow’s politicians, thieves, stock scamsters, mafia dons and fraudsters are trained.
The school’s best teacher Nikamma sir takes Pareshaan under his wing. He realizes that Pareshaan has none of the qualities to survive in the real world – he can’t lie, he can’t cheat, he’s lousy at conning people – he’s just too good at being good!
Pareshaan does have one great quality – he’s an exemplary artist. Bollywood’s finest B grade movie posters are all his work.Nikamma sir teaches Pareshaan to use this skill of his to become a great forger. Pareshaan copies his father’s signature and manages to sell off their Alibaug house amongst other things.
In the end Nikamma sir organizes a painting competition – which Pareshaan wins, not quite by his own skills, but by the skills taught to him by Nikamma sir himself….
