Bangaloreans are now getting ready to welcome Kannada Cinema’s Superstars right into their homes courtesy Bengalurina Radio City 91.1FM. From Jan 19, 2009, the city’s ‘Total Bangalorean’ FM station is introducing a 6-day action-packed contest - ‘Superstars Nimma Manege Minchi Neev Avar Jothege’ (Shine with the stars in your own home) on ‘Whatte Fun Mornings’ (6 – 10AM) with RJs Pradeep and Varsha. This innovative contest comes close on the heels of the FM’s station’s ‘Tharegalajhatre’ (Festival of Stars) in December 2008 which featured 30 of Kannada Cinema’s (Sandalwood) top luminaries on-air in a never-before 100 hour radio extravaganza.

Bringing a completely new kind of listener interactivity to Bengaluru, ‘Superstars Nimma Manege Minchi Neev Avar Jothege’ is packed with interactive elements both on-air and in the homes of Bengaluru’s Radio Cityzens. Every day from January 19 to January 24, Bengalurina Radio City 91.1FM will feature a Kannada Superstar LIVE on ‘Whatte Fun Mornings’ with RJs Pradeep and Varsha. These stars include Sandalwood’s Siren Sharmila Mandre, the ‘Birugali’ Dude Chetan along with ‘Loose Madha’ Yogesh, Comedy Kings Ramesh Arvind and Komal and the much adored Tara.
