Cricket programming on Ten Sports – Sri Lanka Cricket Rights

Sri Lanka Cricket and Taj TV Limited wish to announce and confirm that the Triangular series - India / New Zealand / Sri Lanka will take place as scheduled between 8th – 14th Sept 2009 and TAJ would broadcast the matches internationally.

This has been agreed based on the contractual agreement signed between Sri Lanka Cricket and Taj TV Limited, dated 22nd January 2009. Mr. Zahid Noorani, Member of Board of Directors of TAJ TV who flew down from Dubai met with Mr. D. S. De Silva, Chairman of the Interim Committee, SLC, along with the other IC members of SLC and had cordial discussions regarding the arrangements for the forthcoming tour. Mr. De Silva, Chairman reiterated that SLC is happy to work with TAJ who has been broadcasting Cricket matches internationally for SLC under several previous contracts for almost a decade.

Both parties confirmed their commitment to work towards the betterment and development of Cricket in Sri Lanka.
