Bangalore'’s latest offering for World Cinema Aficionadosre is happy to partner with Kyra to bring this new form of entertainment to Bangalore. The ‘Music & Movies’ property will soon be taken to other cities as well. “

Music & Movies’ will commemorate its launch with the screening of a cult movie on the legendary Bob Dylan. Watch a poet, prophet, outlaw, fake, star of electricity, rock and roll martyr, born-again Christian— seven identities braided together in one story ‘I’m Not There’. Following the screening, Bridge a six piece Rock n Roll band from Bangalore, will enthral the audiences as they perform Bob Dylan covers.

Happy to be associated with NDTV Lumière, Dipali Sikand- Chair Person, Kyra, said, “At Kyra our endeavour is to bring to Bangalore a place where the lovers of performance arts and connoisseurs of fine food converge. That's why we have a fine dining restaurant where the cuisine traces the ancient spice route as well as a world-class performance venue open to everyone from bands to theatre across genres, every single day. It''s quite a heady combination”.

‘Music & Movies’ will have free screenings every fourth Monday of the month. The screenings are free and open to all. So make your date with the very best of Music and Movies from across the globe in the intimate auditorium of Kyra, starting Monday, August 24th, 2009.
