Belkin announces the launch of its Indian website

Belkin India, the leading global provider of interconnectivity solutions across computing and consumer electronic devices, announced their new India website - http://www.belkin.co.in to provide a complete and comprehensive webpage to users. The website will allow easy access to information and other related supporting services to users and valued resellers in India.

From the website, consumers will get to learn about all the specifications and information on different Belkin products. Moreover, online consumers can utilize the product comparison chart to find the most suitable model according to their needs in terms of usages, dimensions and special preferences. Consumers can also obtain news on the latest events, special activities, news, new product information etc. from the News section.

The website contains diverse information like warranty support and product availability customized to the Indian market across all product range. It will also provide other detailed information on Belkin's India offerings and will be further enhance in line with the planned expansion of Belkin in India.

With this new online approach Belkin has also announced a voice mail service for the channel partners. In this process, the partner would call on a voice mail service support number (080-39180290 and 080-66440290), this is an exclusively for Indian channel partners, when the channel partner reaches this number the IVR will prompt for his details like name, phone number, email address etc . Once the partner furnishes all details a call back would be arranged in 24 working hours (call back timings - 8:00AM to 8:00PM IST).

This is an extended effort from Belkin to provide world class products and service standards in-addition to their existing toll free customer support number, 1800 419 5546. T he support is available 7 days a week, round the clock. The Belkin service lines offer information regarding nearest sales outlets, authorized service centers, Warranty Service, RMA Support and other related queries.
